When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, any phone number you choose to give, your selected service and your message. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, discuss possible services and take steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form.
Our lawful basis for responding to a business enquiry is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. Where you ask us to take steps towards an agreement, we may also rely on the steps-before-contract basis. If you become a client, we will explain any additional processing that applies to our work together.
Who receives your information
The contact form sends your enquiry to us using Brevo as an email delivery provider. Our email and website hosting providers may also process information to provide their services. We do not sell your enquiry details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond and follow up, then review it for deletion when it is no longer needed. If we work together, records relating to that relationship may need to be kept for longer under separate legal and professional obligations.
Website services
This site loads fonts from Google and the Tailwind CSS library from a content delivery network. Those providers may receive technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser requests their files. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
